User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your personal data and any data collected through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or WhatsApp integrations from the Priya Agency Trio platform. We honor every deletion request — there is no charge, and no reason is required.

Quick path. Send an email to smartai.admin@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered with your account. We will action your request within 7 business days and send written confirmation when complete.

What Gets Deleted

If you are a registered Priya Agency tenant (account owner):

If you are an end user whose data was processed because a Priya Agency tenant connected your interaction:

Note: deleting data from Priya Agency does not delete your interactions from the underlying platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). To delete from those platforms, please use their built-in data-deletion tools directly.

Deletion Method 1 — Self-Serve (Account Owners)

  1. Sign in to app.priyaagency.com
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account
  3. Verify with OTP sent to your registered email
  4. Confirm deletion — all data is purged within 7 business days

Deletion Method 3 — Disconnect Integration (Tokens Only)

If you only want to revoke our access to your Meta account without deleting your account, you can:

Disconnection immediately invalidates our access tokens. Cached data is then removed within 30 days unless you submit an explicit account-deletion request.

We will send a final confirmation email to the address from which the request was made, listing the categories of data that were deleted and the date of deletion.

What We May Retain

A small amount of information may be retained where law requires (e.g. financial records under the Income Tax Act, transaction logs for fraud prevention, anonymized aggregates for analytics). Such retained data is isolated, never used for marketing or AI training, and deleted at the end of its statutory retention period.

Identity Verification

To prevent fraudulent requests, we verify the identity of the requester. For account owners, this is done via OTP. For end users, we may ask for additional context (e.g., approximate date of interaction, the page or business name) to ensure we are deleting the correct person's data.

Status Check Tool
