User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your personal data and any data collected through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or WhatsApp integrations from the Priya Agency Trio platform. We honor every deletion request — there is no charge, and no reason is required.

What Gets Deleted

If you are a registered Priya Agency tenant (account owner):

• Your account record (name, email, phone, business profile)
• All connected platform tokens (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google) — purged immediately
• All cached data from connected platforms (posts, comments, messages, leads, insights)
• All AI agent prompts and responses associated with your account
• All audit logs older than legally required retention
• All uploaded media, knowledge documents, and saved drafts

If you are an end user whose data was processed because a Priya Agency tenant connected your interaction:

• Your message threads stored in our cache
• Your comment data and lead-form submissions
• Any sentiment / lead-score classifications generated for your interactions
• Profile metadata (PSID, public name, profile picture URL) cached on our servers

Note: deleting data from Priya Agency does not delete your interactions from the underlying platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). To delete from those platforms, please use their built-in data-deletion tools directly.

Deletion Method 1 — Self-Serve (Account Owners)

1. Sign in to app.priyaagency.com
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account
3. Verify with OTP sent to your registered email
4. Confirm deletion — all data is purged within 7 business days

Deletion Method 2 — Email Request (Recommended for End Users)

Send an email containing:

• Your full name
• The email or phone number associated with the data (if known)
• The Facebook / Instagram username or WhatsApp number associated (if applicable)
• The Priya Agency tenant business name or Page name where you interacted (helps us locate the data faster)
• A brief statement: "I request deletion of my personal data."

Deletion Method 3 — Disconnect Integration (Tokens Only)

If you only want to revoke our access to your Meta account without deleting your account, you can:

• In Priya Agency app: Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect
• Or in Facebook directly: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Priya Agency Trio → Remove

Disconnection immediately invalidates our access tokens. Cached data is then removed within 30 days unless you submit an explicit account-deletion request.

We will send a final confirmation email to the address from which the request was made, listing the categories of data that were deleted and the date of deletion.

What We May Retain

A small amount of information may be retained where law requires (e.g. financial records under the Income Tax Act, transaction logs for fraud prevention, anonymized aggregates for analytics). Such retained data is isolated, never used for marketing or AI training, and deleted at the end of its statutory retention period.

Identity Verification

To prevent fraudulent requests, we verify the identity of the requester. For account owners, this is done via OTP. For end users, we may ask for additional context (e.g., approximate date of interaction, the page or business name) to ensure we are deleting the correct person's data.

Status Check Tool

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation code. To check the status of an open request, reply to the original confirmation email with the subject "Status check" and your confirmation code.
